I did a little improvement to the translation page (administrator/components/com_jolomea/views/jolomea.php). This improvement adds a link on the table header which allows you to fire all the suggest buttons at once.
Attached there's the modified file.
Those are the new lines:
line 11: import mootools for easy selecting the suggest buttons.
lines 254-260: javascript to select all suggest buttons and fire the jolomeaGoogleTranslate function for each one.
line 277: added a class to the suggest button.
The version I used is Jolomea 0.0.5.
Hope you find this modification usefull.
